Privacy

This is Chencho Corleone’s official site, run by Parcha Lab for his team. Here is, without fine print, what we measure and how to choose.

What we measure

• The pages you visit, how long you stay and how far you get, and which dates and songs are on your screen and for how long.
• Clicks on tickets, music and social links.
• If you play a video on the page: which video, when you pause, how much you watch and whether you finish it.
• Where you came from: the previous page or campaign.
• Device type, browser and language. In the United States and its territories, or if you tap “Accept”, also more device details: time zone, browser languages, screen size, memory and processor and, in browsers such as Chrome, the phone model and the system and browser versions.
• Approximate city, region, country and time zone, worked out by Cloudflare from your IP address, which we do not keep. In the United States and its territories, or if you tap “Accept”, also your approximate position (to about a kilometer), postal code, TV market and internet provider.
• Page loads and how fast pages load, counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, from Cloudflare (the company that hosts this site), without cookies. It stops when you choose “Delete my data”.
• How fast the site loads and any technical errors.

What we don’t do

• No ads and no advertising pixels.
• No recording of your screen or your movements.
• We don’t sell your data.
• No browser fingerprinting to identify you.

What we keep on your device

In the United States and its territories, such as Puerto Rico, we keep a random ID on your device (_pl_v, up to 13 months) and a visit ID (_pl_s, up to 30 minutes) to know if you come back. In other countries we ask first, and keep them only if you tap “Accept”; if you tap “Decline”, or until you answer, we still count your visit without identifying you and keep neither. Your answer stays on your device (pa_consent, and _pl_c for 6 months) so we don’t ask every time. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don’t keep the ID anywhere. “Delete my data” erases all of it from your device. It also deletes, on our servers, every visit recorded with this device’s ID, and asks Google Analytics to delete this device’s data. You don’t type anything or give us your email: the device itself proves those visits are its own. If you tap “Decline” after an earlier “Accept”: outside the United States and its territories, we delete those visits the same way; in the United States and its territories, the ID stops and what was already recorded is kept.

We also use Google Analytics (from Google LLC) to measure visits. It sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*), and Google receives your IP address and details about your browser. With Google signals, Google Analytics gives us reports on the age, gender and interests of visitors who are signed in to Google with ad personalization turned on, always in aggregate, never about one person. In the United States and its territories, such as Puerto Rico, it turns on without asking; in other countries, only if you tap “Accept”. It does not load if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or if you tap “Decline” or “Delete my data”. How Google uses this data and its cookies: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and policies.google.com/privacy. You can turn off Google’s personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, and Google Analytics on every site with its add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

If you don’t want your visits counted, tap “Delete my data” below; we keep that choice (pa_consent) on your device, to honor it.

How long

Visit data is kept for up to 13 months; after that only totals that identify no one remain.
